Hi! I'm Amy--better known in the internet disability
community as "Benjamin's mom". Welcome to the
second part of my website celebrating Benjamin's
Wonderful Life. This half of the site is devoted to the
struggles you may face being the parent of a child
with a disability. Keep in mind, though, that any
family that welcomes children into their home will go
through some tough times. You may face a few more
challenges, but you will also be abundantly blessed.

This part of the site contains some of my favorite poems and my personal
reflections about the blessings and the trials I have faced since welcoming
Benjamin into my life. I hope these will encourage you on your journey and
enable you to persevere and run the race that has been set before us. May
God bless you on your great adventure with your special child--and may
you both have a wonderful life.
